What this editorial policy covers.
These rules apply to every page on medspadome.com, and to any guides we publish later. They set out who writes our pages, where AI tools help, how facts and sources get checked, how Hazelstow Med Spa is labeled, how we fix mistakes, and where MedspaDome’s income comes from.
Who writes our pages.
The MedspaDome team writes our pages under Jack Bradley, who founded DomeLabs, the company behind MedspaDome. Jack approves what we publish.
Our pages are about websites, search, chat, and booking for med spas. No physician, nurse, or other licensed provider reviews them, so they offer no medical guidance and never say who may perform or supervise a treatment. That is for each med spa and its medical director under their state’s rules. When a page mentions an advertising, privacy, or medical board rule, it quotes the official source and links to it instead of interpreting it. MedspaDome is not a med spa or a medical provider and does not provide medical advice.
How we use AI.
AI tools are part of how we work: they help us research a subject, draft a page, and catch mistakes in our writing.
A person decides what goes live, and that person is Jack, who approves our pages. Because AI tools can get facts wrong, each fact, figure, and source is checked against where it came from before a page is published. We never use AI to make up authors, quotes, reviews, patients, providers, or results.
How we check facts and sources.
Any figure or claim on our pages needs a source we can point to, and we look for the original one: a software maker’s own help pages, a government or regulator’s website, or the study behind a number. A figure we cannot trace stays off the page.
Plan names and prices on every page are drawn from the same source as our pricing page, so the figures always match.
Everything here is general information about websites and marketing for med spas. It is not medical guidance, it makes no claim that a page, form, or chat meets any rule, and marketing results differ from one med spa and market to the next.
How we label samples.
Hazelstow Med Spa, the spa in our product illustrations and design directions, is fictional, and so are its providers. We label it as a sample med spa and never present it as a client. Our samples show no real patient, testimonial, review, rating, or treatment result.
The footer of every page adds that product visuals are illustrative and that the med spa, names, and figures in them are fictional.
How we correct mistakes.
Found something wrong? Email sales@medspadome.com or use our contact form, and we will look into it.
When a fact is wrong, we correct the text, record the correction with its date, and update the page’s last-changed date in our sitemap. Each of our policies shows the date it was last revised at the top.
How MedspaDome makes money.
MedspaDome is paid by the med spas that choose one of its monthly plans, from a managed website to search, chat, and consultation booking. Plans are priced by the month, never by the number of patients, treatments, or consultations. The MedspaDome pricing page lists every plan.
You won’t find ads or affiliate links on our pages. Where a page describes DomeChat™, DomeBook™, or another MedspaDome service, it is describing a product we sell.
How to reach us.
