What MedspaDome is, and what it isn’t.
MedspaDome is a med spa marketing company in Chicago. We design, build and manage med spas’ websites, marketing and consultation booking, as one team that works only with med spas.
When a med spa chooses a plan, we design and build its custom website, then host it, look after it, and make edits every month. Depending on the plan, we also work on how the spa appears in search results and AI answers, and we set up the ways new patients ask for a consultation. MedspaDome is not a med spa or a medical provider and does not provide medical advice. Contacting us, or chatting with an assistant or booking through our technology on a med spa’s website, does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. We sell monthly website and marketing plans to med spas, never treatments, packages, or patient memberships.
On a med spa’s website, DomeChat™ is set up not to ask for medical history, medications, photos, or other health details. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, decide candidacy, or quote prices unless your med spa chooses to share them. Your providers make treatment decisions, and your team handles follow-up.
MedspaDome is not EMR or charting software. It does not replace your booking, EMR, charting, point-of-sale, or membership billing software, and any connection to the tools a med spa already uses is scoped and confirmed in writing first. We also have no connection to Domelabs AI.
We do not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, inquiry volume, booked consultations, new patients, or revenue. Plans are priced and billed by the month, with no annual rate. Google Ads management is an add-on to the Growth, Professional and Enterprise plans, and no plan price includes it or your ad budget, which your spa pays straight to Google.
Before launch, each med spa’s team reviews the website content, design, and intake setup and approves its treatment claims, with its medical director’s review where its process requires it. Who may perform or supervise a treatment is the med spa’s decision under its state’s rules, never ours.

We start with a free homepage design. We design a homepage for your med spa, show it to you on a 30-minute video walkthrough, and recommend a plan before you commit to anything.
Our plans are Essentials, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise, billed monthly, each with its price on our pricing page. Each includes a custom website and monthly edit time. There is no long-term contract. Service runs month-to-month, and ordinary cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice.
